30 Day Guarantee

All ANR Headsets® products carry a 30 Day Unconditional Money Back Guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with any product and service, return the product(s) within 30 days for a full refund. After receipt of all included product(s), you will be refunded for the payment made for this product and shipping and charges.

  • Refunds for payments made by PayPal® will be sent to you by e-mail using the PayPal® online payment system.
  • Refunds for payments made by credit card. After receipt of returned products, a credit will be made directly to your credit card account for the amount of products and services rendered, minus shipping and including charges.
  • Refunds for payments made by check or money order. After receipt of returned products, a check from ANR Headsets will be mailed to you for the amount of products and services rendered, including shipping and handling charges.

Note: After 30 days no refunds will be made by check, or credit made to your credit card account. Products may however, be returned for repairs or replacement only, as covered in the manufacturer's warranty as listed below.

Manufacturer's Warranties

The following manufacturers warrants their products to be free from defect in material or workmanship for the time specified from the day of purchase.

  • ANR Headsets® warrants all headset components (microphone, integrated audio/power cable, ear cups, ear seals, headband, etc.) to be free from defect in material or workmanship for one year from the day of purchase. Within this period, ANR Headsets® will, at their sole option, repair or replace any component(s) which fail in normal service. Such cost or replacements will be made at no charge for parts or labor, provided the buyer shall be responsible for all transportation cost. ANR Headsets® assume no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages or loss of use.
  • 30 Day Guarantee
  • In addition, ANR Headset® extends the warrants of ANR and CEP Kits to be free from defect in material or workmanship for two (2) years, if these systems are purchased and installed by ANR Headset®.
  • Communications & Ear Protection® warrants their headsets for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase. The warranty applies to workmanship and includes parts and labor. Quiet Technologies will not honor claims when the unit has been mishandled, abused or otherwise show signs of physical abuse.
  • Headsets, Incorporated® warrants their products to be free from defect in material or workmanship for one (1) year from the day of purchase. Within this period, Headsets, Inc. will, at their sole option, repair or replace any component(s) which fail in normal service. Such cost or replacements will be made at no charge for parts or labor, provided the buyer shall be responsible for all transportation cost. Headsets, Inc. assume no responsibility for special, incidental, punitive or consequential damages or loss of use.
  • David Clark® warrants their ear seals to be free from defect in material or workmanship for seven (7) year from the day of purchase.
  • Oregon Aero® warrants their products to be free from defect in material or workmanship for two (2) year from the day of purchase.

Obtaining Warranty Service

Return the failed components(s) along with a brief note indicating the nature of the problem. Include you name, address and daytime and nighttime phone numbers. Place the component(s) in a box only (no padded envelopes). The components(s) should be insured and sent freight prepaid to:
